은요/는요? is used to get the listener to focus on another topic.
It’s like saying “What about (new topic)?” or “How about (new topic)?”

마이클: 네, 매일 와요. 제니 씨는요? [Yes, I come everyday. What about you, Jenny?]
제니: 저는 월요일, 수요일, 금요일만 와요. [I only come on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.]
